■ PSC+ CONDUCTORS
AUDIOQUEST 의 JAGUAR는 최상급 메탈인 PSC+(Perfect Surface Copper+)의 도체을 가지고 있다.
이 PSC+ 는 최상의 해상도와 발란스를 재공해 줄것이다.
또 JAGUAR는 더블 밸런스 하이퍼리츠 구조로 만들어저 있다.
이러한 뛰어난 구조로 정확한 원음에
절달에 탁월한 성능을 보여주며 한차원 높은 소리를 들려 줄것이다.

■ AIR-TUBES
JAGUAR 인터케넥터는 최상의 신호 전달을 위해 에어튜브를 사용하여 PSC+ 심선을 점촉없이 감싸고 있다 이러한 에어튜브는 일반 PVC수지 마감에 비해 신호전달시 신호의 외곡과 방해를 극히 적게 받아 신호의 손상없이 전달이 가능하다.


■ DBS(Dielectric-Bias System)
오디오 퀘스트의 신형 재품에는 DBS(Dielectric-Bias System)을 적용하였습니다.
DBS란 케이블에 배터리를 장착하여 신호 전도율을 높이고 서로간의 간섭 신호를 배제하는 기술입니다.
인터케넥터등 케이블에는 12V의 전용 배터리를 장착하고 있으며 상대적으로 길이가 긴 스피커 케이블에는 24V의 베터리를 장착하고 있습니다.
DBS를 장착후 최상의 신호전달과 신호의 간섭을 최소화 하여 원음의 완벽한 절달을 위해 개발되었다.
또한 베터리에 LED가 달려 있어 베터리의 수명과 상태체크가 가능하다.

특히 JAGUAR 는 저음 대역의 충실한 질감, 웅장한 사운드 스테이지의 뛰어난 해상도가
돋보이는 인터컨넥터. 원주 방향으로 심선재를 나열, 각 도체간 정전용량을 최소화 했다.
DBM 시스템이 최상의 성능을 발휘하기 위해서는 약 2주간의 에이징 시간이 필요하다.


■ WELDED PLUGS
JAGUAR 의 단자는 direct-silver plating 마감의 FPC(Functionally Perfect Copper) 도체를 사용하고 있다.
이 커넥터는 뛰어난 신뢰수준을 보여 주고 있으며 신호의 완벽재생을 위해 외곡을 최소화 하는것에 중점을 두었다.
또한 커넥터와 케이블은 오디오퀘스트가 자랑하는 납을 사용하지 않고 고주파 용접을 사용함으로써 뛰어난 전달 특성을 이끌어 냅니다.

SC+ CONDUCTORS: Solid conductors prevent strand interaction, a major source of cable distortion. Extremely high-purity Perfect-Surface Copper+ (PSC+) minimizes distortion caused by grain boundaries which exist within any metal conductor, nearly eliminating harshness and greatly increasing clarity compared to OFHC, OCC, 8N and other coppers.

PE AIR-TUBES: Air is the best insulation because it does not absorb and later release energy. The PE Air-Tubes used in Jaguar have almost nothing but air around the PSC+ conductors.

DIELECTRIC-BIAS SYSTEM (patent pending): Greatly improved performance is made possible by a constant 24volt charge on all Jaguar insulation. As 24 volts is far above the voltage of an audio signal, the result is considerably more transparency and dynamics than possible even from a cable in continuous use, with equipment that is never turned off. Because DBS battery packs are attached when Jaguar cables are assembled, Jaguar does not require an additional run-in period. Because there is no oadon the single standard hardware-store battery, it will last for years. A test button and LED allow for occasional verification of battery performance.

TRIPLE BALANCED: The 3 conductors in Triple Balanced Jaguar cable insure that whether prepared with RCA or XLR plugs, the positive and negative signals have equally low distortion conducting paths. The 100% coverage shield is never used as an inferior audio conductor.

WELDED PLUGS: 8,000 amps is used to weld RCA plugs to Jaguar, creating a perfect connection alloy where the cable and plug meet. A thick direct-silver plating provides the best possible connection.
